 Jim from Perfect Union Officiants was absolutely incredible as our wedding officiant on 10/12/25. We first reached out to him in April, and from that moment on he was attentive, organized, and so thoughtful. He checked in regularly and held Zoom calls to learn about us, our relationship, and how our love story began. He truly wanted every detail to be perfect so he could share our story beautifully with our guests. On the day of the wedding, Jim made a point to introduce himself to our vendors and wedding party so everything felt seamless and comfortable. It was almost like we had known him for years! Our ceremony couldn’t have been more perfect. He kept us calm when nerves were high and delivered everything with warmth, clarity, and genuine care. We would recommend Jim to absolutely anyone. Jim curated a very special moment that we will remember for the rest of our lives We are so grateful to have found Jim. From the first meet up to the ceremony, he was warm, accommodating and composed. He curated a very special glimpse into our love story and translated well. It felt like he was there during the span of our story. We didn't know what we were doing and he helped pull everything together and made sure the ceremony was executed smoothly. Jim is an absolute delight and made our wedding so personable. He sent us both a list of questions well in advance of our wedding so he could write a personalised speech leading up to our vows, it was so beautiful I shed a tear! We live in England and got married in Long Island so it helped how easy Jim was to contact, he always got back to my emails straight away, every brides dream! He made us feel so at ease and talked us through everything! We were really nervous about saying our vows but it was so easy with Jim as he breaks everything down really easy for you and it all flowed really well! The ceremony was the absolute favourite part of our day thanks to Jim. If you’re looking for a personal touch on your wedding day I would definitely go with him you will not regret it! Jim Hill was great to work with. We set up a preliminary meeting for him to go over everything and then we were sent a questionnaire for us to individually fill out. We sent it back to him and he put together a ceremony that was 100% about us and our relationship. He speaks so eloquently and even makes sure he doesn’t wear the same suit color as the grooms and groomsmen. And yes, he already knows to get out of the way for your first kiss picture!
